Oxford 10 is delighted to invite you to our next speaker event on 6th May, generously hosted by McKinsey & Co at their offices in London.

Topic: Mangaement consultancy and the Public Sector - myths and realities

Speaker bio:
Dr Dash is a partner at McKinsey where she leads their work on  health system strategy and redesign to improve quality and reduce
costs. She has worked as a hospital doctor in the NHS, as a management consultant for the Boston Consulting Group as well as
being Head of Strategy for the NHS from 1999 to 2001. Dr Dash is a  member of the Royal College of Physicians of London, holds a
Stanford MBA and read Medicine at Cambridge University.

Given her unique background and extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, Dr Dash is well placed to explore how  management consultants can (and do) work with the public sector to improve quality and efficiency, while also addressing some of the  common pitfalls. With the general election looming and a clear consensus on the need to drive efficiency and reduce spending in the Public Sector, this speaker event offers the opportunity to addres some of the most important issues facing the UK economy today.
